No ski/snowboard equipment in house, please leave in garage or outside No pets on furniture or beds, especially bedspreads No parties Please be careful of allowing your dog around deer fecal matter. If they accidently eat it, it can make them very sick Water: Beech Mountain is a "green" town and so is the cabin you are staying in. Please restrict your water usage for conservation purpose. A. Turn off water while brushing teeth B. Limit shower times to 5 minutes and do not allow water to run unless you are using it or actually under the shower. C. The dishwasher conserves more water than letting water run while hand washing dishes. Just rinse and load. please rinse all food particles off. Please do not put dirty or grease pans back in cabinets, and use dishwasher whenever possible. Please hand wash pots and pans as they are not dishwasher safe. D. Please shut outside water off when not in use E. Save our planet by hanging up bath towels after use. D. The Town of Beech Mountain would also encourage guests to only do full loads for laundry and if possible try to wait till you return home.

We had a great visit. The home was beautiful, comfortable, stocked with every essential & more. The view is stunning with lots of deer friends as visitors. Denise was a great communicator. We felt right at home & hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this beautiful home. There were so many small touches that made this home a joy to stay in. Blankets, candles, great cookware, games, coffee station, and so much more. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the house felt like our home:). The downstairs living area was as great for our family who stayed with us and the balconies were great to sit outside on to enjoy the views. If we return to Beech Mountain, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Convenient location. Beautiful views. Comfy home. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. We stayed with our two adult children. Everything was clean and the kitchens were well supplied. We enjoyed skiing, hiking and fishing. Four wheel drive needed in the winter for this area. Parking was also excellent (it matters). If you like coffee, you will like the kitchen. Hosts were some the nicest I have ever had. Will come back.

This place is amazing! There are so many hiking trails that are a reasonable walk from the property, and it’s also close to Grandfather Mountain. Some family highlights, though, were the amazing espresso machine, dining room star lights and how you could look into any mirror and see a stunning mountain view (as well as simply looking off the back deck). Great star views too! Denise, June and Diane were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we would love to come back!

Find us

Around mid November to the beginning of March it is highly advisable to have 4 wheel drive, AWD, or chains in case of snow. The Town of Beech Mountain clears the main roads quickly but it's a good idea to be prepared for snow driving in case.
