Retreat to the mountains of North Carolina in this adorable cozy cottage. Close to hiking, skiing, restaurants, and shopping! We have all the conveniences of a smart home... Smart TV's in each room, high speed internet & easy access Yale Smart Lock. We have board games for nights staying in, plus a cozy fireplace for chilly mountain nights. A sectional sofa for relaxing, a gas grill for cooking outside, small back deck for lounging. Stay a few days or a week, you’ll have everything you need!

Good to know

Beautiful TWO level condo with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and full living room that can sleep an additional 2 people with a blow-up queen mattress. 2ND floor condo, up the stairs and 2nd door on right.

Other Details to Note

Please be careful on steps when the weather is wet. It can become slippery. Please take shoes off at the door during the wet weather. Take all ski wear/ski boots off outside to keep the condo floor from getting wet.

House rules

We ask that you don’t wear shoes in the house during the winter months. There is a place for them when you walk in to the left. NC salts their roads, parking lots, and sidewalks and if tracked in could damage our floors and furniture. We thank you for your assistance with this. -The steps leading up to the door can be slippery in the winter months. Please wear shoes with good traction.

Super accommodating to my specific request. Really enjoyed the kitchen having everything needed, just had to get food. Was relaxed every second I spent inside and Denise was extremely responsive of any questions.

What a great last-minute find! Only .4 mi to the entrance of Sugar Mountain! Very cozy and comfortable- Perfect for a 3-4 day getaway Full kitchen for us to be able to cook- a lot of attention to detail Thank you!!

Find us

Our weather on the mountain can be dicey when it snows or ices over. While the roads are plowed in heavy snowfall, they do not plow for iced over conditions. Please come prepared with 4WD, AWD, and/ or chains.
