We stay at Denis’s place at Sugar Top and it was absolutely amazing!!! Super clean and had everything we needed. The fire places were great after a day of skiing. We will definitely book again. Highly recommend staying there!!! Great memories were definitely made!!!

Our stay at 221 Oak Road was wonderful! We were six adults—my wife and me plus our four twenty‑something “boyos”—in town to ski at Beech Mountain. The location was perfect: about a 12‑minute drive to the parking lot, which makes a big difference on busy ski days and really streamlined our mornings. The layout worked great for our group. The boys had the entire downstairs with their own entrance, making gear storage easy and keeping the main floor clear. My wife and I stayed in the loft suite, which was quiet and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the little stools to climb in were a fun and thoughtful touch. The central living area has a well‑stocked kitchen. We love to cook, and we had everything we needed for full meals with plenty of space to prep and enjoy dinner together after long days on the mountain. The price point is spot‑on, making the trip a great overall value. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend 221 Oak Road to anyone visiting the area.

This home was wonderful! Pleasantly surprised the rooms seemed much larger than they appeared in pictures. This place had many household items that were useful, anything you could need was thought of! Gorgeous and clean spot, reasonably priced and host was extremely responsive and helpful! Would stay here again.

Thank you! We had a great and restful time. We enjoyed the warmth and cozy atmosphere, while also had fun skiing for the first time at beech mountain. Super good location, great host, and overall a great experience. We will definitely be back. Most importantly the cleanliness of the house was perfect. Thank you Chris and Denise.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful, very comfortable, clean, beautiful views of the mountain very close to skiing and tastefully decorated. Denise is a great host. Thank you ,wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful and so clean! I have OCD, and usually have to clean but I didn’t have to clean at all. Talking with Denise through messages, she was very kind and answered right away! Very clear instructions and what and how to do things! Location is great! So beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We will definitely book again! Thank you!

Great place right near entrance of Beech Mountain resort. Photos and description are accurate. FYI, Yes you CAN walk to go ski, but it is TOUGH especially if carrying gear. It’s longer than it looks and is all uphill!

The bank ur for the money and the location to the slopes Lighting in the rooms are very poor there is only one lamp in the guest second room and two lamps in the master bedroom it made it hard to . Also the second bedroom closets were locked so we couldn’t not hang up our winter wear
